Courses on this site are sold by Thanh Mia Pham, trading as Body Intelligence, Penzoltstr. 10, 80997 München, Germany (the "seller", "we"). Contact: [email protected]. Full details are in the Impressum below.
Self-paced digital courses delivered through an online course portal. When you buy a course you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to watch and use the course content for as long as the course is available online, for your own personal use. You may not copy, share, resell, record or redistribute the content, or share your login with anyone else.
Prices are shown in euros and include any applicable taxes. The seller is a small business under §19 UStG (German VAT Act); no VAT is charged or shown. Payment is taken in full at checkout by card through our payment provider. Your contract with us is formed when your payment is confirmed.
Access details are emailed to the address you enter at checkout, normally within minutes of payment. Access is through the course portal using a secure code sent to that email address. If you do not receive access within a reasonable time, write to us and we will sort it out.
Consumers in the EU and UK normally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days. For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, this right ends once you have expressly agreed to receive the content immediately and acknowledged that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal. At checkout you tick a box confirming exactly that. This is why the statutory 14-day right does not apply to your course purchase. Our own 10-day guarantee (see Refunds) is separate from this and still applies.
Our courses teach body awareness and self-observation. They are educational content. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, therapy or treatment, and they do not replace a doctor, physio or other qualified professional. If you have pain, a medical condition, or any concern about your health, see a doctor before and while using the material. You take part at your own responsibility and stop any exploration that feels wrong for your body.
We aim to keep courses available online for as long as they are offered, and to give reasonable notice if a course is retired. We may update, improve or replace content over time. Short interruptions for maintenance can happen.
We are liable without limit for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For other cases our liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law where you live.
German law applies, without affecting the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and not willing to take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board, but we will always try to resolve any issue with you directly.
This section applies to Breath as a Doorway, a self-paced digital course sold by Mia Pham, Body Intelligence.
10-day guarantee. You may ask for a full refund of the amount you paid within 10 days of the date of purchase.
The condition. The guarantee applies until you open Session 3. You can watch Session 1 and Session 2 in full and still ask for a refund. The moment Session 3 is opened in the course portal, the guarantee no longer applies. The welcome video and the closing bridge do not count. The portal records when each session is opened, and that record is what we go by.
How to ask. Email [email protected] from the email address you bought with. You do not need to give a reason. Please include the name on the order.
What happens next. We check your course progress, and if the condition above is met we refund the full amount to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take several business days to show it. Your access to the course ends when the refund is issued.
Purchases before this policy. If you bought before [date this section goes live], the guarantee that was shown at the time of your purchase still applies to you.
Immediate access. This is digital content that you receive straight away. By purchasing, you ask for immediate access and, where such a right exists, you acknowledge that your statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days ends once access begins. The 10-day guarantee above is separate from that and still applies.
Your legal rights. Nothing in this section limits rights you have under the law of the place where you live.
Same guarantee, same process, one different condition: the guarantee applies until you open Day 2. Finish Day 1 in full if you like. The moment Day 2 is opened in the course portal, the guarantee no longer applies.

This site uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure whether our advertising works, and to show our ads to people who have visited this site. This sets cookies and sends usage data (pages viewed, purchases) to Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. Meta may combine this with your Meta account data; see Meta's own privacy policy for how they use it. We use this on the basis of your consent where required. You can opt out of ad personalisation in your Meta ad settings and by using your browser's tracking protection.
Our service providers, who process data on our behalf: HighLevel (course portal, email delivery, customer records, servers in the USA under standard contractual clauses), Stripe (payments), Meta (advertising measurement as described above), and Google (fonts loaded from Google Fonts; your browser sends its IP address to Google when the page loads). We do not sell your data.
Purchase records for the period tax law requires (in Germany, 10 years). Your course account for as long as you have access. Emails for as long as needed to deal with your request. Marketing data until you unsubscribe.
You can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, ask for a copy in a portable format, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority; for us that is the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht.
